directives of the City Council, the amount charged by the city in the past, the full costs of <br />providing the services supported by the fee, the amounts charged by other comparable providers, <br />and the revenue needs of the city as determined by the adopted city budget. In addition, the fee <br />amendments are necessary to comply with the requirements of Section 2.608 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, that the fees be in the public interest, ensure that ambulance service not draw on the <br />general revenues of the City, and that those who receive the service pay in proportion to the cost <br />of the service provided. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Order are established as the fees to <br />be charged for the described services unless, within 30 days from the date of this order adopting <br />the revised Rate Schedule, this Order is appealed to the City Council in the manner provided in <br />Section 2.608 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />2. The unamended fees established by Administrative Order No. 52- 14 -01 -F remain <br />in full force and effect and are incorporated into the updated fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. <br />3. Administrative Order No. 52- 14 -01 -F is repealed as of the effective date of this <br />Order, unless this Order is appealed as set forth in paragraph 1 above. <br />Dated this e' day of April, 2015. <br />Jon R.
