WORK SESSION: <br /> West Broadway Advisory Committee Recommendations <br /> <br />Urban Renewal Agency President: <br /> I move to accept the <br /> <br /> recommendations presented in the WBAC final report, and to <br /> direct the Agency Director to work with Beam and KWG to <br /> develop project proposals as consistent as possible with the WBAC <br /> recommendations. The Agency Director shall bring the project <br /> proposals to the URA for review, including financial details. If a <br /> proposal is not completely consistent with the WBAC <br /> recommendations, then the Agency Director, when presenting the <br /> proposal for URA review, shall identify which WBAC <br /> recommendations are not met, why not, and what the cost or <br /> development implications would be to change the proposal to make <br /> it consistent. Prior to the URA’s approval of project proposals <br /> and financial details that would be included in agreements with <br /> Beam and KWG, the Agency Director shall create opportunities <br /> for the public to provide input on the project proposals and <br /> financial details, including a public hearing before the URA. <br /> Following input from the public, the Agency Director shall bring <br /> terms to be included in agreements with Beam and KWG to the <br /> URA for approval. <br /> <br /> Roll Call Vote <br /> <br />The Mayor adjourns the meeting of the Eugene Urban Renewal Agency and reconvenes a <br />meeting of the Eugene City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />*Time approximate <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7:30 p.m. CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> Council Chamber, City Hall <br /> <br /> <br />1.PUBLIC FORUM <br /> <br /> Mayor: <br />The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the <br />City Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have <br />already been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium, <br />please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward <br />if known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak.
