Section 3. The entry for "Annexations" in the Table set forth in Section 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended, and a new entry for "Extra-Territorial Extension of Water or Sewer Service" is added in alphabetical order thereto, to provide: 9.7055 Applications and Review Authorities. Table 9.7055 Applications and Review Authorities, lists applications and the review authorities for the decision and the appeal of the decision.
