The Series <br />2005 Bonds maturing on and after August 1, 2016 are subject to redemption on or after <br />August 1, 2015, at the option of EWEB, in whole or in part at any time, at a price of <br />100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest to the date of redemption. <br /> <br />G. <br />On May 8, 2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4871 authorizing the issuance <br />and sale by the City, acting by and through EWEB, of electric revenue bonds, in one or <br />more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000 for the purpose of <br />financing certain capital improvements to the electric utility system <br />. Notice of Revenue Bond Authorization was published as required by <br />law and no petitions were filed seeking to refer the matter to a vote of the electors of the <br />City. <br /> <br />H. <br />On August 24, 2006, the City, acting by and through EWEB, issued its Electric Utility <br />), (1) $2,929,280.79 of which was issued under the 2001 Authorization, (2) <br />$1,925,000 of which was issued under the 2005 Authorization and (3) the balance of <br />$7,995,719.21 was used under the 2006 authorization.
