Rodman, F. t`f. Bennett, and ti~J. R. Robertson, met, took the oath of <br />office and elected ~"ames A. Rodman as Chairman of the Board and thereupon <br />adjourned to view the property sought to be condernmed, together with the <br />various properties extending along Fillmore Street as to the benefits and <br />damages they would receive through the proposed opening of Fillmore Street frorr~ <br />the alley South of 6th Avenue aJest to 7th avenue west ih the City of Eugene, <br />and called to their assistance tie City Engineer and examined the map prepared <br />by him and all lots and acreage adjacent to the improvement and, Having care- <br />fully considered tI!c c~~.ir.ag~;~ and ben.ei~its accruing to said properties by reason <br />of the extension of said Fillmore Street, and having therefore assessed the <br />damages that will accrue to the land and the persons hereinafter named and <br />described, and having assessed all special benefits that T,vill accrue to private <br />
