3t~5 <br />ORDINANCE -8805 <br />An ordinance amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 8514 of the City <br />of Eugene, passed by the Common Council June 14, 1937 and approved by the <br />Mayor June 15, 1937, by adding the words "or electric diesel". <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; <br />° Section 1. That See.tion 4 of Ordinance No. 8514 of the City of <br />Eugene entitled "An Ordinance granting to Oregon Electric Railway Company, <br />a corporation, its successors and assigns, the franchise to maintain its <br />present railway tracks in the City of Eugene, and to operate trains and <br />cars thereover, and to transport passenger, freight, mail, baggage and <br />express thereon, and to maintain its present poles and wires in the City <br />of Eugene, Oregon.", passed by the Common Council June 14, 1937 and <br />approved by the Mayor June 15, 1937, be and the same is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"Section 4.
