That the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane county, Oregon, does hereby declare <br />its intention to improve 21st avenue ~.h~est bettiveen '"zashington Street and La.vtrrence Street in $ie <br />City of EuE,ene, Or^gon by installation of integral curb aoncrete having, or asz~haltic <br />concrete having with combination curb and gutter, and grading and drainage, thereof, <br />and making such other and further improvements in connection therewith as may be necessary and proper <br />to a properly paved ~treeit all in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br />tions to be prepared by the city engineer as hereinafter specified. <br />Section 2. That the costs of said improvement shall be assessed and be borne by the property adjacent <br />to said improvement, except street intersections whichwill be paid for by the city, and there shall be included <br />as a part of the costs thereof t e entgi~ee~'~c~l~~rgie~s~o P ~~~~ic~~ t~~ireeO~~~~~~te~~~efi~,~ ~~t <br />of the contract price therefor. ~-~ no 0 <br />t e cost of interest on warrants, advertising, Hostage and suHnlies for mailing notices <br />°~ aS~ectione~ts~'hat the city engineer is hereby directed to make and prepare plans and specifications for <br />the said improvement as provided in Section One of this Ordinance and file the same with, the City Recorder. <br />Section 4.
