Table 9.2160 Commercial Zone Land Uses and Permit Requirements <br />C-1C-2C-3GO <br />Entertainment and Recreation <br />Park and Non-Publicly Owned Open Space S(9)S(9)S(9) <br />Use (See EC 9.2620): <br />Uses not specifically listed in this Table <br />9.2160 that are listed under the <br />“Entertainment and Recreation” category <br />in Table 9.2630. <br />Section 3 <br />.Subsection (2) of Section 9.2451 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2451Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2450. <br />(2)Special Allowances for properties with frontage on major arterial streets <br />in the E-2 zone. <br />On lots with frontage on a major arterial street, the uses <br />allowed in Table 9.2450 subject to this standard shall not exceed 30,000 <br />square feet of building areaper development site.
