RESOLUTION No. 4528 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING EUGENE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OPERATING AGREEMENTS AND <br /> REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 4812. <br /> <br /> The CRy Coancil of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> <br /> On June 14, 1999, Ordinance No. 20156 was adopted amending section 2.007 of the <br />Eugene Code, 1971, concerning regular meetings and council ground rules. <br /> <br /> B. The Eugene City Council Operating Agreements adopted by Resolution No. 4588 on <br />April 12, 1999 were subsequently amended, most recently by Resolution No. 4812 on September <br />27. 2004. <br /> <br /> C. Revisions to the Operating Agreements have been requested and agreed to by the <br />City Council on February 8, 2005. It is necessary to adopt the revisions in order that the Operating <br />Agreements reflect the desire of the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Based on the above findings, the Comacil amends the Eugene City Council <br />Operating Agreements, referred to as ground rules in the Eugene Code. 1971, as set forth in Exhibit <br />A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Resolution No. 4812 and the Operating Agreements adopted therein are hereby <br />repealed as of the effective date of this Resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
