E The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1058 dated February 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1996: A portion of tax lot 400, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 1 1, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Spring Creek Drive and west of Scenic Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Dukes and Dukes Construction, C ED 96-04). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1060, dated February 1,1996, advise.d that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1996: Tax Lots 300 and 400, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 1 4, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of Scenic Drive and south of Warrington Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Sturtevant, C ED 96-06). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. H. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1059, dated February 1,1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1996: Tax Lot 803, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 2 0, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, west of River Loop 1 and south of Baywood Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. I.
