Notice of the proposed amendments was given by providing copies of Administrative Order No. 58-17-02, including Exhibit A (the proposed amendments) and Exhibit B (the Notice), to the Mayor and City Councilors and making those documents available for inspection by interested persons at the office of the City Engineer, Public Works Department, 99 East Broadway, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon, 97401. In addition, on February 20, 2017, the documents were posted at two locations at City Hall, and the Notice of the proposed adjustments was published in the Register -Guard Newspaper. Persons who requested notice of the amendments were mailed informational postcards on February 21, 2017, as notification of the proposed amendments. F. Notice provided that written comments would be received for a period of 15 days from February 20, 2017 (the date of posting and publication), and from February 21, 2017 (the date informational postcards were mailed). No comments were received within the time or in the manner set forth in the Notice. G. I find that the proposed amendments set forth in Exhibit A are consistent with adopted policies of the City, are in conformity with applicable state law, and are authorized by EC 7.710(5) and Section 2.4 of the SDC Methodologies. On the basis of these findings, I order that: 1. The adjusted MWMC Systems Development Charges set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Order are to be implemented effective March 10, 2017. 2.
