As such, the amendments do not result in a revision of fees in an amount greater than <br />five percent within a 12 -month period. <br />E. Notice of the proposed amendments was given by providing copies of <br />Administrative Order No. 58-17-02, including Exhibit A (the proposed amendments) and Exhibit <br />B (the Notice), to the Mayor and City Councilors and making those documents available for <br />inspection by interested persons at the office of the City Engineer, Public Works Department, 99 <br />East Broadway, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon, 97401. In addition, on February 20, 2017, the <br />documents were posted at two locations at City Hall, and the Notice of the proposed adjustments <br />was published in the Register -Guard Newspaper. Persons who requested notice of the <br />amendments were mailed informational postcards on February 21, 2017, as notification of the <br />proposed amendments. <br />F. Notice provided that written comments would be received for a period of 15 days <br />from February 20, 2017 (the date of posting and publication), and from February 21, 2017 (the <br />date informational postcards were mailed). No comments were received within the time or in the <br />manner set forth in the Notice. <br />G. I find that the proposed amendments set forth in Exhibit A are consistent with <br />adopted policies of the City, are in conformity with applicable state law, and are authorized by EC <br />7.710(5) and Section 2.4 of the SDC Methodologies. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. The adjusted MWMC Systems Development Charges set forth in Exhibit A <br />attached to this Order are to be implemented effective March 10, 2017. <br />2.
