The Park Board were authorized. to enter into a~.contract for such work <br />and ma terial as it sees fit. <br /> <br />A petition was receHved from residents on Franklin Boulevard and Garden <br />Streets asking t,hat a board walk adjacent to the Anchorage which lies only within <br />the Street, be removed, as it is a menace to both pedestrians and others. Said <br />matter was referred to the Street Committee and the City Lngineer for report at <br />the next mee t ing of the C ounci 1. <br /> <br />i. pe t'lt ion was received from VI. w. rtuch and '0 thers asking theC i ty to <br />repair Agate Street between 13th and 14th Avenues to put said Street in its <br />original condition without expense to property owners, stating in such petition <br />the condit.ion of such Street is now very bad.
