M. <br /> on the 30th day of November, 1928, for the following purposes only, to-wit: <br /> (1) To consider the ms.!;ter of th.e replacing by purchase of otherwise, <br /> the American La France Che$ical Fire Truck demolished in the wreck with the <br /> Shasta Limited on November 28, 1928. (2 ) To consider any and all matters <br /> pertainil1g to such wrekc as may be advisable. <br /> A. L. Williamson, <br /> . Mayor. <br /> After a full discussion by mermers of the Uommon Council and the Assistant Fire <br /> Chief, it was moved anritl. unanimously c.arried that the Recorder advertise for <br /> bids for a Fire Truck in accorCdl.an.ce with s~cifications to be provided by the <br /> Fire Departmen~. <br /> I The question of more gas makss and life belt~s for the u.s.e of the Fire <br /> D~partment was brought up and discussed, and on motion, unanimOUSly carried such <br /> purcha se of the sam e , if needed, was left to the Fire Chief and the Fire & <br /> Water C ommi ttee. <br /> On motion, duly carried, the Rec order was direc ted to see to the furnish- <br /> ing of flowers at the hoS/pi tal for Chi ef Nusbaum and Fireman We ber, and al so to <br /> I see that approprmate flowers are sent to the funeral of Rex Reed. <br /> On motion, the c~ll meeting adjourned to the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.
