Said matter was referred to the City <br /> Attorney andthe City Recorder for report. <br /> Committee reports were called for:-- <br /> \ The City Attorney, on behalf of the Judiciary Committee, re per ted he has <br /> not yet been able to reach any settlement. or make any report on the claim of <br /> lVII's. On motion. 31ch report was unanimously adopted. <br /> I The Street COu1mittee also stated a .Mr. Barr asks that the City purchase a <br /> right of way adjacent to the S. P.
