<br /> lighting system on both sides of the following streets: Commencing on lOth Avenue
<br /> East at the West side of Pearl Street, running thence West to the We s t side of
<br /> Charnelton Street, thence North on Charnelton Street to the North line of Broadway,
<br /> thence East on Broadway to the East line of Olive Street, thence South on Olive
<br /> Street to and including the 10th Avenue intersection, in the City of Eugene, Lane
<br /> Coun ty, Oregon, was read the :first time and laid over.
<br /> An Ol"dinance reQ.uiring insurance upon all cabs and vehicles for hire other
<br /> than regular street bus service operating between fixed termini, in the Ci ty of
<br /> Eugene, Oregon, was read the first time, and pas sed its second and third readings

<br /> passage. The ayes and nays were called, all Councilmen voting aye absent Council-
