M. for Ten o'clock A. .M. and the word rlsaid" <br />for the word flfollowingfl in the four th line. On motion seconded and carried the <br />Ordinance was a.mended by changing the word flsixrl in section 8, sub-division (a) <br />to read "seventhl', and by striking out su:b-division (a) of Section 9. Ida Hosford had sustained a broken <br />ankle on account of sidewalk conditions on West 11th Street, and Councilman Large I <br />was on motion directed to take steps for the settlement of any claim of damages. <br /> <br />City Attol~ey Calkins stated that M. M. Monroe was not going forward with <br />the construction of. sidewalks under contract jobs awarded to him.
