Hewi tt ap,peared before the Council311d stated that he had no <br />objections to the ordinance levying assessments for reassessing the paving of a <br />portion of Villard Street from Franklin Boulevard to 19th Avenue and withdrew any <br />o'bjections thereto. The o'bjections of M. B. Gilmore and J. M. Devers, having been <br />duly considered, a motion was made, seconded and carried that said objections be <br />denied. ,Whereon the ordinance was read the second and third time and placed upon <br />its fInal passage.
