Motion was made by Councilman Edwards, <br />seconded by Cou.ncilman Lamb that the sale of said bonds be awarded in accordance <br />with the reco~nendation of the Finance Committee. The ayes and nays were called, <br />all councilmen present voting aye, nay, none" and motion was declared carried. <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />Councinnan'Edwards recommended that the Chase Company be authorized to <br />install fixtures and plumbing at the Farmer elottage in Riverside Park at a price <br />of $37.80, and on moti on it was so ordered. <br /> <br />An OrdLlanee providing for the disposal of garbage, rubbish, trash and <br />refuse in t,he City of Eugene and providing regulations as to the manner of such <br />disposal, having been read the first t,ime on March 9, 'l931, was read the second <br />time, and passed its third reading by title by unanimous consent under suspen- <br />sion of the rule, and was placed on its final passage.
