<br /> M~nutes of the regular meeting of November 9th, 1931, and of the adjourn-
<br /> ed meetings oj~ November 23rdand 30th, 1931, were read and approved.
<br /> Chairman Large of the Finance Committee recommended that the bill for
<br /> labor in the City Parks in the sum of $67.50 be allowed. but that the same was
<br /> in excess of t,he amount allotted for park purposes this year, and that this amount
<br /> should be deducted from the 1932 park budget and transferred to t.he emergency
<br /> fund. Mr. also recommended .that the dues of W. G. CHubb, Cit~ ~ngineer, to the
<br /> National Conf'Elrence on City Planning for 1<;j32 , in the sum of ~~10.00, be allowed.
<br /> Motion was made and seconded that the recommendations be adopted ~nd that the
<br /> bill s be paid.. The ayes and nays were called, all Gounci1men voting aye, nay,
<br /> none. .
<br /> The Finance Committee, by Chairman Large, also recommended the following
<br /> b ills for payment. The ayes and nays were called, all Councilmen voting aye,
<br /> nay, none.
