The Ordinance was declared <br />passed and numbered 8292. <br /> <br />The following resolution was read: <br /> <br />\"..",\. <br /> <br />_'~tJ <br /><~ <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Common Council of the City of <br /> <br />Eugene, by the Planning Commission of the City of Eugene, a tentative report in <br />the form of a Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> <br />VffiEREAS, it is necessary that full publicity and hearing be held upon <br />such ordinance to the end that all persons interested in the ends sought to be <br /> <br />brought about be permitted to be heard, <br /> <br />THERE.FO RE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Conunon Council of the City of Eugene, that the <br /> <br />< <br />Planning Commission be and it is hereby required to hold foul' public hearings at <br /> <br />c <br />which all persons interested in said Zoning Ordinance may be heard, said hearings <br /> <br />to be held a t the office of the Ci ty: Recorder in the Ci ty Hall in Eugene, Oregon, <br />on May 10, May 17, May 24 and May 31, 1932, at 7:30 o'clock P.
