The Ordinance was declared passed and ~umbered 8316. A petition to vacate the East 22 feet of Ramey Street was referred back to the petitioners for completion of the petition for proper acknowledgement. City Attorney Calkins reported receipt of a deed from Marius Anderson to the city for sewer right-of-way, and a motion was made, seq,onded, and carried that the city accept the deed. < The Council approved the date of December 7th for a pUblic hearing on the City Budget.
