<br />Common Council at which all protests against such reassessment shall be heard, and

<br />third readings under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent of the Council,
<br />and was placed upon its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen

<br />Councilman Hendershott stated th~t the party who had offered to sell the City
<br />, two wild cats, now offered to donate the two wild cats and the cage to the City,
<br />and 1\i1r. Sullivan had agreed to provide the feed for these animals. On motion of
<br />1~. Hendershott the donation was accepted by the City, and 1~. Hendershott instruct- I
<br />il ed to convey thE~ vote of appreciation to the donor.
<br />
<br />I Chairman Lamb of the Street Committee reported that they had authorized the
<br />I re-paintil~ of the St.reet Commissioner's car, and that they had completed painting
<br />I all wooden bridges in the City. The Recorder stated that, at the suggestion of the
<br />Stree t Commi ssl one I' he had included the Engineer T s car wi th the Stree t Commi ssioner' s
<br />car for a re-paint job.
