<br /> all Councilmen present except Mr. Reid.
<br /> Minutes of' the regular meeting of September 11, 1933, and of the adjourned
<br /> meeting of September 25, 1933, were read and approved.

<br /> The request of-the McDol~~d Theatre to erect a Neon sign across Willame~te
<br /> Street near Tenth Street was on motion granted. The sign to be, erected under the
<br /> supervision of the Building Inspector. .-
<br /> Chairman Hendershott of the Finance Committee reported the following bills t'o
<br /> the Council with a recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made"
<br /> seconded and carried that warrants be drawn for same. The ayes and nays were .
<br /> called, .Councilmen voting aye 7, nay, none, absent Reid.
