The subject was referred <br /> to the Ci ty Board of Health to report back at the next meeting. <br /> The alleged dumping of garbage on a city lot at the South end of Olive Street <br /> was presented and the Engineer instructed to cause a sign to be erected as a <br /> warning again st the dumping of garbage. <br /> The Recorder presented the proposal of Frank L. Chambers to deed to the City, . <br /> Lots 8 and 9, Block 4, Driverton Addition for the sum ofV200.00. Hr. Chambers <br /> agreeing to apply the 0200.00 in the payment of City liens to that extent. A <br /> motion vms made and seconded that the offer be accepted and a warrant be dravm <br /> II in his favor for 0200.00.
