Pursuant to the notice of Special Council meeting, the Council was called to 0 rder in special session by Mayor Large, at:i5 :00 0' clock P.M., November 8, 1934, with all Councilmen present except Dr. Simon and Mr. Edwards. I . 0 An Ordinance directing the Mayor and Recorder of the City of , Eugene, as a Board of Canvassers, to canvass the votes cast at, and r retums made by the Election Boards of the election held in said City I on November 6, 1934, was read the first time and passed its second and , third readings by title under suspension- of the rule by the unanimous consent of the Council and was placed upon its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye 6, nay none, absent Simon and Edwards. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered , 8398. On motion the Council adjourned. ~ . R. S.
