Council was called to order by Mayor Large, <br /> wi th')all. Councilmen present except Reid and. Simon. <br /> Sealed bids for the sale of $190,500.00 Refunding Improvement Bonds F, from <br /> Ferrts & Hardgrove, were opened and read, and the Finance Committee retired to <br /> consider said bid. They returned later with the recommendation that the bid of <br /> I Ferris & Hardgrove be accepted. Motion was made and seconded to accept the <br /> Finance Committee's recommendation, and the ayes and nays were called. Councilmen <br /> I <br /> I voting aye 6, nay none, absent,Reid and Simon. The ayes <br /> and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye 6, nay 0, absent, Reid and Simon. The <br /> Ordinance was declared passed and numbered 8432. <br /> On motion the Council adjourned.
