This matter was referred to the Street Committee. City <br /> Engineer, and Building Inspect0D, with instructions to proceed immediately with <br /> completion of plans for the project. Proposed plans were presented and members <br /> of the Council looked them over. I <br /> The Recorder was instructed to have Dr. Helterline, Milk Inspector, make a . <br /> complete check on all livestock in the city to determine whether or not they had all <br /> paid their licenses. . <br /> I The Fire and Water Committee, by Chairman Bond, recommended that the request <br /> II for a street light at the corner of 2nd and Jackson Streets be denied. Motion was <br /> I' made, seconded and carried to accept the report. <br /> I <br /> Chairman Bond reported that the alarm system was definitely progressing but <br /> they needed more time before making a final report.' . <br /> ~'!i <br />
