The ayes and nays were ca~led, <br />'Councilmen voting aye 6, nay none, absent Hendershott and Zumwalt. The Ordinance <br />was declared passed and numbered 8465, and the Recorder was instructed to write <br />Mr. Wheeler, informing him of this condition. <br /> <br />Councilman Simon then made a motion that the candy vending machines under <br />consideration be licensed under the Pin and Ball Ordinance No. 8425. The motion <br />was seconded and carried. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />C. M.
