M., March 25, 1937 <br />wit~ all councilmen present except Messrs. Reid and Farrington: <br /> <br />An ordinance initiating the vacation of the following described premi~es, <br />to-wit: (same as description above, omitted here) and calling a hearing and <br />directing that notice be given was read the first time and passed to its <br />second and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous <br />~onsent of the council and was placed upon its final passage. The ayes and <br />nays were called, councilmen voting aye, Lamb, Hendershott, Page, Hanns, Bond <br />and Carlson; nay, none; absent, Reid and Farrington.
