M. in the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Eugene for the consideration of the <br />amendment of the Ordinance providing for curb cuts or for another ordinance covering <br />curb cuts and repeal of former' ordinances on that subject.. <br /> <br />Eugene~ Oregon, February 21, 1939. <br /> <br />Elisha Large, Mayor <br /> <br />Council Chambers, EUgene~ Oregon <br />February 21, 1939 <br /> <br />The council met in special meeting pursuant to the call if Mayor Large with <br />all councilmen present except Mr. Hanns. <br /> <br />Mayor Large called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />An Ordinance regulating the cutting of curbing on any street or alley within <br />the City of Eugene and repealing conflicting ordinances and declaring an emergency, <br />and a penalty, had its first reading and passed to its second and third readings by <br />title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent of the council and was place <br />for final reading. The ayes and nays were called. Councilmen voting aye: Lamb, Rei <br />Bond, Carlson, Farrington, Page and Koppe; nay, none; absent, Hanns. The ordinance <br />was declared passed. and numbered 8591. <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was upon motion duly made ~]d <br />seconded, adjourned. <br /> <br />C. M.
