<br /> . Thereupon there was submitted to the Council by the Mayor a proposal of one

<br /> II George W. Miltonberger and a similiar proposal by one Arthur M. Gilbert, each for
<br /> I' an option of thirty days for the purchase of certain lots describ~din the option

<br /> 'I with the agreement that the option should be exercised at the expiration of thirty

<br /> r! days from'this date" by the payment of 20% of the purchase price of the lots and
<br /> I: the execution of a contract which is before the Council at this meeting.

<br /> r: The said George W. Miltonberger and the said Arthur M. Giilibert have each
<br /> Ii deposited with the City Recorder $100.00 for the thirty day option tb be forfeited
