An annexation application was submitted by the City of Eugene on March 27, 2017, in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.7810 annexation to the City of Eugene of street rights-of-way identified as a portion of River Road -04-24-21 and 17-04-24-22), and a 17-04-13-32 and 17-04-13-33). The territory proposed to be annexed is depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution. The legal description of the rights-of-way proposed to be annexed is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit B. application be approved based on the criteria of EC 9.7825.ngs and Recommendation is attached as Exhibit C. On April 21, 2017, a notice containing a description of the location of the street rights-of-way ion was mailed to the applicant, owners and occupants of property within 500 feet of the subject property, and was provided to the River Road Community Organization. The notice advised that osed annexation on May 22, 2017. that the application should be approved.
