Fennell was accompanied by Mr. Evans, Attorney and others. <br /> <br />,.-. 'I <br /> <br />. <br />15 Graham B. This structure to b.e placed on the lot on the North <br />side of Twelfth Avenue, East of the alley bet~een Oak and Pearl Streets.
