Motion carried. <br /> <br />A communication and statement of cI~rges from S. M. Calkins for pre- <br />4 paring and presenting the Sladdin Park case to the Supreme Court, was submitted <br />and read. <br /> <br />It was moved by Hawn, seconded by Davis that the communication be received and <br />placed on file and that the proper city officers be authorized to pay the sum of <br />$200.00 frQm the Emergency Appropriation , for legal services in connection with <br />the Supreme Court hearing of the Sladdin Park case.
