The spirit behind <br /> this recommendation is to maintain the present situation untii the Common Council <br /> has had opportunity to determine the ultimate Frankling Boulevard freeway project. <br /> I Your Commission is informed and believes that unless this rezoning is had <br /> additional cost to the City will ultimately result. <br /> In connection with the second recommendation the Commission is informed <br /> and believes that ultimate use of the property involved by the State Highway Com- <br /> mission for Highway intersection purposes is so remote that it is impractical to <br /> consider the same. <br />~ <br />
