The meeting was called to order by his Honor, Mayor Earl McNutt. <br />Councilmen present at rollcall were - Hawn, Davis, Crumbaker, Bailey, Johnson and <br />Wells. Allen and Pennington absent. . <br /> <br />CJ <br /> <br />0" <br />.i:""~ <br />;:~~Tl <br /> <br />1...:~' <br /> <br />Upon motion the minutes of the last regular meeting held March 10, 1947 <br />were considered read and approved. <br /> <br />This being the date set by<the Common Council for the consideration of <br />bids on various improvement projects, the City Manager-reported the receipt of <br />bids as follows, all of which had been previously publicly opened and scheduled <br />as per the official published bid calls: <br /> <br />On the proposed improvement of Harris Street from 18th to 28th Avenues <br />1 East, the following bids were presented.: <br /> <br />I <br />" <br />I', <br /> <br />Del R.
