<br />of Mr. Wm. East as City Attorney, effective December-I, 1947. In a letter of ': (
<br />reSignation addressed to myself, Mr. East has informed me, he has found it impossible
<br />to find the time necessary to serve as City Attorney and suggests to the Council !:
