Fish and 8 others for the improvement of Tyler <br />Street from 13th to 15th Avenues West by installation of integral concrete curb <br />and gutter and asphaltic concrete paving was submitted. <br /> <br />It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Davis that the petition be received and <br />placed on file and that the necessary ordinances be drawn. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The following rezoning applications were submitted. <br /> <br />'J. O. Olsen, 271 West 7th from R-2 (Multiple Family) to 1-2 (Light Industrial) <br />classification. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Mrs. C. L. Dolynook, 558 West 1st from R-l (Single Family) to R-3 (Multiple <br />Family) classification. <br /> <br />It was moved by Davis, seconded by Crumbaker that the applications be referred to <br />the Planning Commission by the necessary resolution. Motion carried. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />An application for Package Store Class A license was submitted by Everett and <br />Clifton Christian - Christian's Market, 1711 West 11th. <br /> <br />It was moved by Davis, seconded by Allen that the application as approved by the <br />Chief of Police be endorsed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />An application for roomin house license was submitted by D. F. Carey, 537 Linco n. <br /> <br />It was moved by Davis, seconded by Allen that the application as approved by the Hea th <br />Police and Fire Departments be endorsed.
