THIS FEE WAS ESTABLISHED SOME YEARS <br />AGO AT A TIME WHEN THE ESTIMATED COST Of THE PLANT WAS LESS THAN $200,000. AT THE PRESENT <br />TIME, AS YOU ARE AWARE, THE ESTIMATED COST OF THE STRUCTURE AND TREATMENT rACILITIES <br />APPROXiMATES &700,000. AT THE PRESENT TIME WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY $240,000 ON HAND TO HELP <br />DErRAY THESE COSTS PLUS AN AUTHORIZATION Or $85,000 IN REVENUE BONOS. AT THE TIME THAT THE <br />O~DINANCE WAS PASSED SETTING THE MONTHLY SEWAGE DISPOSAL CHARGES, THIS MEASURE PROVIDED FOR <br />PERIODICAL REVIEW Or SUCH CHARGES AND POSSIBLE REV'S'ON.
