<br />AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF BOTH CITIES. HOWEVER, WE FEEL THAT IF THE PREVIOUSLY I
<br />SUGGESTED 3D-INCH OUTFALL LINE IS NOT CONSIDERED ADEQUATE FOR FUTURE GROWTH THAT AN
<br />INCREASED SIZE WOULD PROVIDE THE FLEXIBILITY DESIRED AT NOT TOO GREAT A COST. .
