<br /> ENGAGE TWO APPRAISERS TO APPRAISE THIS PROPERTY FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE.
<br /> 3. THE COMMITTEE REVIEWED THE REQUEST OF THE PLUMBING CONTRACTORS AND PLUMBING UNION
<br /> RELATIVE TO THE OPERATION OF ROTO-ROOTERS IN THE CITY OF EUGENE. IT WAS THE OPINION
<br /> THAT THERE I S A DEFINITE PLACE AND NEED FOR THESE ROTO-ROOTERS AND THAT THERE IS AN
<br /> ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THEM FROM DOING ANY PLUMBING WORK OR INFRINGEMENTS ON PLUMBING
<br /> CODES. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CITY ENFORCE PENALTIES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY
<br /> INFRINGEMENTS OF ROTO-ROOTER OPERATORS DOING ANY PLUMBING WORK UNAUTHORIZED BY THEIR
<br /> ROTO-ROOTER LICENSE.
<br /> 4. THE PROPOSED LEASE BETWEEN THE CI TY OF EUGENE AND THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON ON THE
