THIS ENTIRE BLOCK IS OCCUPIED BY ST. MARY'S SCHOOL ~ND <br />THE USE OF THE ALLEY RESTRICTED ENTIRELY TO PRESENT OPERATIONS OF THE SCHOOL. IT <br />WAS FELT THAT THE VACATION OF THIS ALLEY COULD BE GRANTED ONLY IF PROPER PROVISIONS <br />. . # . . .. ... <br />WERE MADE FOR FUTURE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL UTILITIES WHICH MIGHT <br />NECESSITATE A CONCRETE TUNNEL UNDERNEATH ANY CONSTRUCTI'ON EXTENDING OVER T~E ALLEY. <br />THIS TUNNEt :WOULD BE~LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ALL UTILITIES AT ALL TIMES, <br />EVEN TO THE EXTENT OF HOUSING ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS IF NEEDED.
