PETITION REQUESTING THIS <br />IMPROVEMENT ~ONTAINS 74.39% ot THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS. <br /> <br />B. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE IMPROVEMENT OP OAK STREET FROM 26TH AVENUE TO <br />SOUTH END OF PLAT BE.IMPROVED PROVIDED THAT SUFFICIENT RIGHT OF WAY COULD BE PROCURED <br />FOR FUTURE CONNECTION fROM THE SOUTH END Of THIS PROJECT FOR A CONTINUATION OF OAK <br />STREET SOUTH. PETITION REQUESTING THIS IMPROVEMENT CONTAINS 74.81% OF THE ABUTTING <br />PROPERTY OWNERS. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />C. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE IMPROVEMENT OF 20TH AVENUE FROM WASHINGTON TO <br />JEFFERSON, CONTAINING 16.33% OF PROPERTY OWNERS REQUESTING THE IMPROVEMENT BE HELD <br />fOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION. <br /> <br />~"; I <br /> <br />D. THE IMPROVEMENT OF 29TH AVENUE FROM WILLAMETTE TO HILYARD WAS AGAIN REVIEWED. <br />'THE .PETITION 'REQUEST'lNG THIS IMPROVEMENT CONTAINED qO.9% OF THE PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY <br />BETWEEN WILLAMETTE AND FERRY STREET. THE REMAINDER OF THIS PROJECT IS CITY OWNED <br />PRO~E~TY FROM FERRY STREET ~O HILYARD STREET. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS PROJECT BE <br />. WITHHElD FOR FURTHER STUDY IN CONNECTION WITH THE EAST 30TH CONNECTION. THE PAVING OF <br />29TH AVENUE FROM WILLAMETTE TO HILYARD WAS LISTED AS SECOND PRIORITY UNDER OUR CROSS <br />TOWN STREET 'PROGRAM AND THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS fOR THIS YEAR HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED <br />TO BE SPENT ON THOSE ARTtRI~LS LISTED AS FIRST PRIORITY. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />3.
