AFTER SOME PRESENTATIONS BY RESIDENTS OF RIVERVIEW AREA, IT <br /> WAS MOVED BY OWEN, SECONDED BY CRUMBAKER THAT THE ELECTION BE HELD AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE <br /> DATE A.ND THAT ORDINANCES ORDERING AN ELECTION, AND DECLARING NO ELECTION TO BE HELD WITHIN <br /> THE CITY BE GIVEN SECOND, THIRD AND FINAL READINGS.
