Cox FOR THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF HIS PROPERTY FACING OLIVE <br /> I STREET. DARLING, FOR A VARIANCE TO USE THE PROPERTY AT 20TH AND WILLAMETTE STREET <br /> FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL TYPE DENTAL BUILDING. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS <br /> BE WITHHELD PENDING FURTHER STUDY OF THE NEW ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS BY THE COUNCIL AND <br /> I: PLANNING COMMISSION. <br /> ,I <br /> i' <br /> !i <br /> I 3. THE CITY MANAGER THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND DRAINAGE <br /> ADVISED THAT BIDS FOR SYSTEM <br /> TO BE INSTALLED IN AMAZON PARK HAD BEEN RECEIVED AND RECOMMENDED THE BID OF THE <br /> IRRIGATION SYSTEM BE AWARDED TO BRUCE W. KEEN UPON A LOW BID OF $1,935.00. THE CITY <br /> MANAGER RECOMMENDED THAT THE LOW BID OF HENSHAW BROS. IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,417.50 <br /> :., BE ACCEPTED FOR THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. <br /> 4. A SUGGESTED ORDINANCE MAKING PROVISIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF AMBULANCES I N THE <br /> CITY OF EUGENE WAS PRESENTED. <br /> I' <br /> 5. A REPORT WAS GIVEN ON THE DISPOSAL OF AIRPORT HOMES SHOWING A GRAND TOTAL SALES \ <br /> OF $7,420.00 TO DATE, 1 NVOLVI NG THE SALE OF 29 HOUSES, ONE PICK-UP, PROJECT FURNITURE <br /> AND QUARTERLY RENTAL ON PROJECT. I <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE IRRIGATION BIDS, IT WAS MOVED BY CRUMBAKER, SECONDED BY BOOTH I <br /> I THAT BRUCE KEEN BE AWARDED THE ABOVE BID AT A PRICE OF $1,935.00. ROLLCALL VOTE .
