SEVERAL PERSONS IN THE AUDIENCE EXPRESSED THEMSELVES AS BEING OPPOSED TO THIS PROJECT AT THIS <br />TIME, AND IT WAS,MOVED:BY MRS.LAURIS .SECONDED BY MR.
