SEWER EASEMENT WEST FROM SYLVAN STREET - THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS REPORTED THAT <br />EASEMENTS WERE NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SA~~TARY SEWER BETWEEN BIRCH LANE AND <br />SYLVAN STREET FROM 16TH TO 18TH AVENUES, BUT A MR. WALTER MICKEL HAD INDICATED HE WOULD <br />PREFER NOT TO GRANT THE EASEMENT ACROSS HIS PROPERTY WEST OF SYLVAN STREET BUT WOULD <br />DO SO IF THE REMAINDER OF HIS LOTS "NOT ALREADY ASSESSED WOULD NOT BE ASSESSED FOR THIS <br />SEWER. THE RECOMMENDATION TO FOLLOW THE ENGINEERS' PLAN TO ATTEMPT TO NEGOTIATE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH MR. MICKEL WAS WITHDRAWN, AND THE MATTER WAS~LD OVER FOR FURTHER IN- <br />VESTIGATION.
