WALTER GRAY, CEN1:RAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. <br /> <br />THE MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING OF JANUARY 22, 1962, AS MAILED TO MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL, <br />WEHE APPROVED. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />MAYOR CONE ACKNOWLEDGED THE PRESENCE OF SEVERAL M~MBERS OF BOY SCOUT TROOP #175 WHICH IS SPONSORED <br />BY. WASH I NGTON SCHOOL PTA. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />A PERMANENT REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WAS READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />"AT ITS MEETING OF FEBRUARY 13, 1962 THE EUGENE PL~NNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED THAT THE <br />REUSE APPRAISAL FOR THE EAST CAMPUS URBAN RENEWAL AREA CORRESPOND WITH PRESENT ZONING." <br /> <br />IT WAS MOVED BY MR. MOLHOLM SECONDED BY MR. CHATT THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION OF <br />FEBRUARY 13, 1962 BE APPROVED. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> <br />THE CITY MANAGER ANNOUNCED THE COUNCIL IS INVITED TO A REALTY BOARD MEETING THURSDAY NOON, <br />FEBRUARY 15, 1962. ALSO TO A MEETING AT SACRED HEART HOSPITAL CONCERNING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR THE HOSPITAL, THIS MEETING TO BE AT 4:00 PM, THURSQAY, FEBRUARY 15, 1962.
