ROBERT STANSBURY AND MR.RoNALD <br /> WARD WERE PRESENT AND BOTH SPOKE ON THEIR OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF SOME OF THEIR NEIGHBORS FOR THE <br /> VACATION OF THIS ONE FOOT STRIP OF POTTER STREET. DR. STANSBURY POINTED OUT A PROBABLE FLOW OF TRAFFIC <br /> SHOULD POTTER STREET BE LEFT OPEN AND WHY THEY WERE TRYING TO HAVE POTTER STREET CLOSED. <br /> MR. WILSON MOVED SECONDED BY MR. CHRISTENSEN TO UPHOLD THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> I FOR DENIAL OF THE VACATION AND TO REFUND THE APPLICATION FEE OF $75 TO DR. STANSBURY. MOTION CARRIED, <br /> MRS. LAURIS VOTING NO. <br /> MR. MOYER MOVED SECONDED BY MRS. LAURIS TO APPROVE THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION WITH REFER- <br /> ENCE TO CHAS. R.
