<br />The adjourned meeting of the Common Council of the city of Eugene, -Oregon - adjourned from the
<br />regular meeting held November 8, 1965 - was called to order at 7=30 p.m. on November 22, 1965 in the
<br />Council Chamber by Council President John Chatt in the'absence of Mayor Edwin;E. Cone with the follow-
<br />ing councilmen present: Mrs. Lauris, Messrs. Crakes, Purdy, Anderson, and Lassen. Councilmen Hawk
<br />and McNutt were absent: .

<br />The minutes of the meeting held November 8, 1965, as mailed to members of the Council, were
<br />approved. ' .

<br />Council President Chatt recognized a class of journalism students from the University 'of Oregon e
<br />present at the meeting.
